He found 1 part that had failed and another that was about to fail, and replaced both. His work was fast, efficient, then he checked all the system diagnostics to make sure the furnace was working properly. He found a couple of adjustment issues to make it work better, then cleaned everything. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't try to upsell anything like more parts or a new furnace. "We called 3 contractors on a Sunday morning in an attempt to schedule a furnace repair for Monday. Luckily we have a gas fireplace that works well because it was chilly inside!!! Brent with A-Moonlight called me back within 30 minutes. After a brief conversation he informed me that he could be out by around noon.
