Very well. We called ~noon, Mr. Hudson was able to schedule an appointment later that day. We removed the food from the freezer, he verified that the freezer cooling was working, checked the fan and quickly diagnosed & replaced a bad refrigerator thermostat. In a few hours, the refrigerator was holding a temperature of 35 degrees F and the freezer was at -2 degrees F, both close to the recommended 37 degrees F for the refrigerator & 0 degrees F for the freezer

Very well; I called for service & a technician appeared within an hour of my calling; I was very impressed. Technician, Brian, was very neat & polite, got right to work. Couldn't find anything wrong with my refrigerator (thank heavens!) so I was charged only for a service call. He did examine both fans, pumps, etc. Turned out it was our own carelessness that caused the problem in the first place. I would definitely call Zajic again

Excellent service. Being a Saturday, and the fact that we expected guests for a dinner party later that evening, we were quite panicked that we would be working out of ice chests. I phoned early in the morning and received a call not too long later. We were delighted that the service technician was available and could see us that very morning. It's important to note that I made no less than five phone calls to highly rated appliance repair services. One of them answered the phone, but could not make it out until Monday. I left messages for the remainder, and not one has yet called us back. So, I'm very thankful Steve was available. He called prior to showing up to let me know he was en route. He arrived punctually within the time frame he promised. When he arrived, Steve had his tools and was ready to go to work. He began with a quick interrogation about the nature of the problem, history, etc. It's turns out, our problem was much more simple and easy to fix than I had hoped. Honestly, with as little as we know about refrigerators, it would have been very easy for a less honest person to take advantage of us and fake a need for a much more expensive repair

Sebastian was very responsive, and when he was unable to come at the time he had specified he called and told us he would be late. He solved the problem with ice buildup in our freezer in a thoughtful way which made his years of experience very obvious. He knows what he is doing! He completely took care of the leaking in the interior of my Samsung refrigerator. His pricing was more than fair, and his professionalism and courtesy excellent. good, except I found out that the refrigerator was turned off, but no one in the house had turned it off. Apparently the temperature adjustment got bumped enough times to the point that eventually it got turned off.

My refrigerator stopped working at my rental property. I called expecting to have to wait for the repair. They apologized for not being able to come out that day! The office called in the morning to ask if they could come earlier, and then again to announce arrival time. The 22-year-old Maytag refrigerator repair was 'pre-diagnosed' as the repairer came with the necessary part, a condenser fan motor. Mark confirmed the needed repair and completed the work efficiently. In addition, he confirmed my request to reposition the refrigerator myself, and also answered questions and gave helpful recommendations about ice-maker problems/solutions. I could not have been more pleased with the entire experience.
