"Today I had to make a really tough decision. Spend $2000+ on a new fridge or repair my 3 year old - $2000+, GE Profile fridge that had been slowly dropping temperature the past few days. I called several places and the folks answering the phone did not have the technical knowledge I needed to make the decision to book a service call or not. Finally I called one more company and Sebastian answered the phone thankfully. After telling him about my situation and location, we determined I live too far outside his service area for an onsite visit. I tried to fix it myself but nothing seemed to work. I stopped and took a deep breath and called Armstrong. I've used them in the past and they were great! I was told that they would arrive between 2:00 and 5:00. Justin V arrived during that time frame, said hello and introduced himself. I showed him the problem and he tried to tighten the connections but a connecting pipe was too short. He changed the connecting pipe but it still didn't work. Next he tried a completely different "P" trap with the longer connecting pipe. Success! While he was under the sink, I asked him to tighten up my soap dispenser. He had one of the special tool that tightens plumbing connections, which is why I couldn't get it to tighten up before. Justin was in and out. I'm happy and my weekend wasn't ruined! The price was good too. Be aware Armstrong has changed their logo -- for a minute I thought I'd called the wrong company!
