"Amazing company! Elsa and her team did an incredible job helping us to find the perfect quartz for our kitchen and bathroom countertops. She came to our house multiple times to bring us diferente samples, she was always open to send us different quotes based on our budget and was always available to a answer all our questions. Also, they didn’t force us, like other companies, to have our backsplash replaced as part of the job. They realistically review if it was possible to replace the countertops only without damaging the backsplash and provide us with an honest profesional opinion. The installation day went perfect and smooth. We had done countertops replacement with other companies before and the experience with Roca Stoneworks was truly like night and day, compared to the others, from the service and price standpoint. "I hired La Tortuga LLC (owner John Glenn) for a recent (Nov/Dec 2022) remodel project in which they installed all new interior doors, trim and baseboards for me. Iâ m really pleased with how it turned out, and the entire process was smooth. His employee Jonathan is an extremely talented and super nice guy, with an amazing work ethic and attention to detail. If you want quality work for a fair price, I highly recommend them. He also previously did 2 small projects for me in September 2022. One inside (install new baseboards I provided, after I had my hardwood floors refinished) and one outside (remove a rotten post under an eave & replace with a 6x6 post including installing a cement base). He was quick to respond & come look at the projects, explained his pricing, showed up on time & he and his employee Jonathan did quality work. In October 2022 I had another positive experience when he installed a small patio awning for me. Again, he and his employee Jonathan did a great job, completed the project promptly and charged a fair amount."

They prioritized our roof, ordered the materials and replaced my roof in less then two weeks. The crew was very hard working and extremely fast. Tina and her company were hired to paint our house. She showed up on time and gave us a quote for the project; she was professional and very confident. Her manager estimated to complete the job in less than a week. After three weeks we were notified that the job is completed. During the inspection I noticed multiple paint spillages around the work area, brush strokes, uneven areas of paint, streaks, and blemishes. I was told that someone will come and finish the job because â they never walk away from the jobâ . Multiple phone calls and emails later they finally admitted that the job was done poorly and promised to paint the walls and the ceilings again. Two weeks later they put another coat of paint, however they left multiple dried paint drippings all over the place, including our newly installed floors. In the light construction will cost you time, money and possibly your sanity. Do not waste your money. I have no idea how the company is still in business. Tina and her team rewired my kitchen to put in my new appliances. She put in new bedrock, baring wall, and surrounding wall for my new tub. Tina and her team removed the remaining hardware for the old iron stove. Then went up on the roof to cut it off and replaced part of the ceiling. Her team painted, put in new doors and new carpet. Tina and her team went above and beyond to help me with my condo. I am so grateful. Anyone who uses In The Light Construction Management are lucky to have someone who is up front on the labor and price. You will not find that with any other Construction Company."

"Three years ago we obtained three bids to replace two rooms which had carpet with hardwood and then refinish all of our hardwood floors. Rosell Hardwood was one of the bids. When we suddenly needed a professional company, as a result of a leaking refrigerator causing extensive damage to our kitchen floor, we immediately thought of Randy. We again obtained three bids and it was easy to see that Randy, and Amber, were the people we wanted to deal with. Not only were they very professional but Amber was willing to work with a vendor responsible for the damage on part of this extensive project. Randy and Cort were great to work with and it was so obvious that we hired the right company from the outset. Amber was totally up front regarding both costs and time frames to conclude the project with Randy's personal touch throughout making the difference between a nice floor and the masterpiece that he was able to deliver.
