He explained everything to me that he was going to do and followed threw on everything he promised. No surprises either, no extra charges when they showed up like a another very well known company did to me and I sent them away. Jonathan is very professional and so very professional in everything he does. They showed up on time and again he answered more questions I had even though he had 4 more installs to complete after me and this was at 2:00PM. Cleaned up everything and took a lot of time getting media out of my water heater that caused our last water softener to fail. Warned me that our water heater was going to fail soon and Jonathan will be who I contact to replace it . Great and honest person and company that he runs and I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and neighbors. This is an honest review and I was not paid or give anything to post this."

He went back to loosen the salt several times and kept testing until it was right. He also suggested I call the company to make sure they wouldnâ t put more salt in right away. He cares."

"Let me start by saying that John and Richard have been phenomenal! Weâ ve now used On Tap for three different jobs. One was installing a new kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal. Another was install a new bathroom sink and faucet. The latest was a bathtub that was draining super slow. It was flogged beyond anything and part of the pipe had actually cracked. So that was a partial pipe replacement and a full on drain replacement. Every time Iâ ve had John or Richard come out, theyâ ve always been on time (or given me a call to let me know theyâ re delayed). Theyâ ve always been very professional and courteous. Iâ ve never had to remind them to clean anything up, theyâ ve already cleaned up and put things back where they were. One of Johns mottos that he shared with me was â work the job as if you were working on your own mothers houseâ and theyâ ve definitely lived up to that. Iâ ve never been disappointed and have recommended them to neighbors and friends. Prices are great and they wonâ t make you do things that you donâ t actually need like some other companies will try doing. I trust them to do the work and get it right the first time. "CALL THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONAL, HONEST & REASONABLE SERVICES!! THEY DO NOT DISAPPOINT!! My water softener I never use started making loud noises. I called Dave at Water Medic that I was referred to by two people. He called me right back at 8 am and had me send pictures. I tried to turn it off with him giving me instructions over the phone but it sprayed out water. He said that wasn't good. He told me he'd be out that day after his work day. He and his helper, both who were super friendly and knowledgable, came out removed the water filter and completely redid my old piping. It looked so great (3/4's less than the piping that was there) and his price was very, very reasonable. Let me tell you, after so many companies I've dealt with out here since moving to FL, who don't do a thorough job or don't even show up when they say and then charge me above and beyond reasonable rates it was so refreshing to find an honest thorough business owner who actually cares about doing the job right and not taking customers for every dollar they can get! The installer worked 2 hours in the rain outside to get our system installed. We wanted our system installed in the garage but our water is on the other side of the house.
