"It was a pleasure doing business with these folks. All were super nice and very professional. They came when they said they would, and they did what they said they would do. They repaired my porch, sidewalk and driveway, and advised me to reroute some water drainage to avoid having problems again. It was NOT an inexpensive project, but it was necessary. I consider it an investment in my property. Without repair it was obvious to me that my concrete work was going to disintegrate over time. Now it is fixed and is warranted for life, transferable to the new owner if I sell my house. If I have other problems around here, Iâll be calling. Them again. An an additional perk, I was able to pay for it all on my credit card so I could generate some points and did not have to stress about getting funds transferred from my saving account before the job was finished."

A house’s foundation is always located under the house itself. A foundation is the load-bearing portion of a home and is usually built below ground, though different types are built at different locations under a home. For instance, a basement foundation is built at least eight feet deep into the ground under the house to create living space below the ground level of the home. A crawl space foundation is built under a shallow trench beneath your home—typically between two and five feet deep. A slab foundation, also known as a monolithic or monoslab foundation, simply lays flat against the ground under your home.
