Thank you for using WeCom's Invitation Red Packet feature (hereinafter referred to as "this feature")!
To use this feature, you should read and follow Tencent WeCom Software License and Services Agreementand this supplementary agreement. Be sure to carefully read and thoroughly understand the terms and conditions. Only after you have read and accepted all the terms and conditions can you apply for and use this feature.
To apply for or use this feature, you acknowledge and agree:
1. This feature is powered by WeCom and your company logo or name may display on the page. You hereby agree to authorize WeCom to display and use your company logo and name.
2. WeCom has the right to choose and decide the registrant to send red packets, and display it on corresponding pages and in transaction records. WeCom has the right to judge and decide the registrant using this feature and corresponding amount in red packets. It also has the right to decide independently to suspend, terminate or continue the provision of this feature and red packet sending under this feature according to the behavior of you and your organization members. You agree that under no circumstances shall WeCom be liable for any direct or indirect economic losses and other losses incurred by you and/or members of your organization from applying for or using this feature.
3. The inviter and the invitee shall be the staff actually serving in your company, and the invitee shall not have registered the WeCom. You hereby undertake to strictly verify the identity of the new member invited using this feature to ensure authenticity. Meanwhile, you must inform existing members of this supplementary agreement and require them to strictly comply with it when inviting new members to join in WeCom, to avoid malicious registration and red packet claim. Otherwise, WeCom has the right to terminate providing this feature at any time, withdraw the allotted red packet quota or refuse to distribute red packets to the members.
