As a result, this office is unable to provide any substantive information about the forthcoming CMMC rule, including potential policy content, or implementation topics or timelines. As the rulemaking process progresses, this office will be precluded from responding to inquiries about the rule or rulemaking schedule. Until the rule is effective, this office will only address inquiries not related to rulemaking information.
