Deprecated Parms

Howdy! There are a couple of templates in Category:Deprecated parameters that appear to be your work. I wanted to see if you could help walk point me towards the way of removing the deprecated params for:

• {{SvFF player}}
• {{RomanianSoccer}}
• {{FIG}}
• {{World Sailing}}

For {{RomanianSoccer}}, replace |old_id= with |id=, taking the id number from the link that you get when you click through the template. Like this. – Jonesey95 (talk) 01:52, 23 January 2023 (UTC)

For {{FIG}}, if the external link ends in "licence", replace |id= with |lic=, like this. There are probably other types of fixes. I got this from the documentation, FWIW, and checked the resulting link to make sure it worked. – Jonesey95 (talk) 02:03, 23 January 2023 (UTC)

• Category:USA Swimming template with deprecated parameter is empty and can be deleted, it was removed from template by another editor
• Category:World Sailing template with deprecated parameter is empty and can be deleted, it was removed from template by another editor
• Category:FIG template with deprecated parameter is almost done, I will remove it from the template when I am done
• Category:RomanianSoccer template with deprecated parameters I will work on this next
• Category:SvFF player template with deprecated parameter followed by this one

The archived Olympic.org page contains the athlete's full birth date which can useful for verification. I often include that optional link if I am replacing {{IOC profile}}. The Olympic.org link is not included by default and is only shown if |org_archive= is in the template. Over 75% of the pages using {{Olympics.com profile}} only display the current Olympics.com link, such as:
