Waccamaw Federal Cost Share Agreement Signing

Lt. Col. Johannes signes the Federal Cost Share Agreement for the Waccamaw Watershed study in Horry County. The study will allow the Corps to look into flood risk mitigation strategies and determine if there is a federal interest in mitigating the risk. The study is a 3x3 study, meaning it cost $3 million and will last 3 years.
