"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"We were fortunate to find Jay and Louis Sr. a few years ago to professionally and safely remove squirrels from our Bronx rental property. Since then, we have called them for squirrels, skunks and now, a raccoon infestation. Each time I have reached out to them, Jay responded promptly and they were at the house within 24 hours. They genuinely care about their customers and are experts in their field. They will guide you on steps you need to take to prevent further problems, such as sealing entry points (they provide this service). I highly recommend them for any animal problem you may have."
