A SAR (Type II IEPR) will be conducted on design and construction activities for any project where potential hazards pose a significant threat to human life (public safety).  The Chief of Engineers will consider recommendations from the panel, prepare a written response to those recommendations, and publish and disseminate that information, as required by law.
