"I contacted Dallas about helping me get a washer and dryer attached to pedestals. When he came out, and we talked for a few minutes, he asked if we had considered stacking the units instead of using pedestals. We had not, but that is what we ended up doing, and we love it! Plus, I returned the pedestals I had purchased, which each cost over $250 and bought a stacking kit for around $35. Dallas rate was wonderful to begin with, but in our case he saved us over $500 just by making a simple suggestion that we had not thought about. So, great job all around!! Thanks, Dallas."

"I have a Kitchen-aide built in commercial refrigerator. The appliance doctor went above and beyond to fix a part on my ice maker that was no longer available. I had a warranty & that company wrote me a check before without even ever opening the doors; â part not available.â The Aplliance Doctor found a part in an old box of used parts. Chris went ABOVE & BEYOND in a day where there is no customer service. Kaitlyn was gracious & accommodating in Customer Service. I received a referral from a friend & I will be recommending...and he Abe already!"

"Curtis arrived at the house the same day I called. That, in itself,is amazing service. Curtis located the problem, which was a leaking hose. He did not have the hose on his truck, so we made arrangement for him to come back. He called before he arrived and was right on time. He replaced the hose and the dishwasher works again right in time for Thanksgiving. Curtis was polite, respectful and very capable. I have already recommended his company to friends and family."
