"Serge is wonderful. He tells what the job cost (replace toilet cost $250, he does not "pad" his labor cost. He does not nickle and dime you over the price of nails or screws or ther materials. He re-tiled our bathroom. We bought the tiles and matching grout. He had the morter and spacers- which were factored into his cost. We had a few hiccups with things not fitting right , Serge was very patient, gave us options, and worked to solve the issue. I would definitely hire him for more jobs."

"On time and on budget- Surprised that's not part of the rating system here! My husband and I are elated with the work Palm did for us. I've always been a skeptical person, and when it comes to hiring someone to do work in my personal space, I also become apprehensive. So It was a massive relief to meet with Yonatan. He is convivial and highly competent in his craft. He listened to what we wanted, asked all the right questions, gave us a quote, a timeline, ensured we bought the right materials, and was in constant communication with us. The oversight and execution on this project was seamless. The scope of work entailed tearing out a shower, old vanity, demoing walls and floors, removing and replacing toilets, wiring, painting, tiling walls and floors, putting pocket shelves in, installing lights and hardware - in TWO weeks (a powder room and main bathroom). In the middle of it, we asked if the guys could paint the interior of our loft as well. The obvious answer was 'yes', but the surprise was that it made no difference to two-week time frame. Having made ourselves scarce for that time, when we got back, Yonatan met us at our place, gleaming with pride. He walked us through all the work we had agreed to and called out very small things his crew did in the few days following. Did I already say we are elated with the outcomes? The place is amazing and feels new again!"

"What quickly went from a routine clog to a fully clogged sewer main, they were professional throughout. Was able to work with them and their sewer liner subcontractor seamlessly as if they were part of the same company. Also had the toilet replaced and the bathtub drain rerouted. Very happy to have everything fixed and working excellently! Thanks! :-D"

"Recently my kitchen sink drain separated and was draining into the crawlspace of my house for an unknown period until I discovered it and the damage it had caused, which was significant. I hired another business to do address the plumbing repair itself, and was referred to Collett Construction for the damage remediation, which included water damage around the kitchen sink, cabinets, and flooring. Cameron, Tony, and Robbie did an amazing job with the project and they were wonderful to have in my home while they were there. They were kind, courteous, and professional, and I was kept informed throughout the project about what to expect. Cameron was very transparent and honest up front by letting me know up what parts of the job might include unknown costs, which was helpful for budgeting and expectations (they also offered financing through GreenSky which was helpful, and something I've used on other emergency projects on my property). The work involved removing my kitchen cabinets, sink, and granite countertops to remediate the water damage behind (drywall, parts of the cabinet structure, etc). They did great work and helped improve a few things while they were in there that had been an unknown problem for years apparently (faulty wiring with a hacky and dangerous fix apparently from previous owners, updates to eroded copper piping, and upgrades to aging water shut off valves). They also addressed an issue with my kitchen ceiling from a leaky bathroom upstairs while they were there, which I was super grateful for. Definitely would hire again and recommend to anyone looking to hire them!"

Drain Clog or Blockage - Clear, Sewer Main - Clear
"Jose is professional and a hard worker. He explained what he needed to do, answering all of my questions. He replaced five old spigots with new frost proof ones. While doing so he found that there was an old broken turn off valve in the crawl space, replaced it and installed two more. He did repairs on two showers, one of which he found had been leaking into the crawl space. He replaced a seal for a toilet. His fee was reasonable and I recommended him to another friend the next day."
