Sales representative Maria was thorough and professional. The repair crew arrived on time and did an outstanding job. The Rainier team replaced my dryer vent to repair a leak. And added bonus: my dryer works more efficiently. I would recommend Rainier Roofing for any roofing job.

Wasted my time. After signing the contract, kept delay not providing proper papers for insurance. Would schedule the job. I got a paycheck from the lender address for Rainier Roofing and did not even get calls answer. Total radio silence. Once I called office I was insulted yelled at and accused of falsifying checks, my home was granted to me in a divorce but the lender was still in process of removing my ex. Even though my name is in the title. I had my ex call them and he Clearly clarify. And he, himself had signed the insurance check. I was treated like a criminal.

We understand your frustration. We have to adhere to protocol, policies, and procedures set forth by the State of Florida and the County. We explained that as of record your ex-husband was still on title unless documentation was provided stating otherwise. It is our policy to strictly deal with the property owners especially if a check is in their name otherwise we may be liable for fraud.
