"They had a special going on two springs installed $230. I was quoted up to $550 elsewhere. I set it up for the next, the tech called me half hour later asked if he could come do it now! So you could say i got same day service. He was fast, courteous and they weren't worried about payment. By that I mean it wasn't their primary concern. On top of it all, they didn't have the same springs on hand so they have me an "upgrade" as well. (not sure if they would want me to say that,) but again that's a tell as to their customer service. Would definitely recommend."

"J&M did a great job on my main floor remodel painting. Billy was always quick to respond and worked with me when I had schedule changes. Marcelo covered the painting and he was respectful to work with and did a good job. There were a few touch up issues which they took care of the day of our final walk-through. They even did a last minute color change on my bathroom when I couldn't stand the new color of the walls with the existing cabinets.
