"Brad was responsive, on time, and communicated professionally and respectfully. He cleaned the gutters, installed gutter guards/filters, and repaired one sagging gutter to restore water flow. He understood the project details, executed the tasks as agreed upon, and reported his observations and any issues discovered. He was transparent with what is and isn't within his skill set/expertise, which is very much appreciated. His rates for labor and materials were very reasonable. "We had sewage backing up into our bathroom tub and toilets in both bathrooms. I called Knockout Plumbing & Repipe. to come out and snake my drains. Edgar came out and was super professional and knowledgeable. He recommended installing a clean out since I unfortunately didnâ t have one. He installed the clean out and cleared my line. I will definitely call them out for all my plumbing projects!"
