"Due to allergies that have been progressively getting worse my doctor prescribed singulair early this past summer. Unbeknownst to me, a big part of the problem was the air quality in my own home. I happened to need help with my pilot light last week and realized that I was breathing in some nasty stuff due to the condition of my still running circa 1978 heater. Needless to say I made the decision my health was worth the investment of a new HVAC system (and I wanted EVERYTHING replaced). I now have a MERV 11 filter, UV light and new duct work, everything. The unit is up and running and no runny nose or headache. I am soooo glad I made this decision. "My tenant kept having on and off issues with the AC for almost a year now and I’ve had 4 contractors to go out there numerous times and looked at it and every single one of them failed to get it up and running consistently. It got to a point where the tenant even stated that every time someone went out there it didn’t seem like a thorough evaluation of the problem and just seemed they casually messed around with it in hopes they could be lucky enough to find the problem. I stumbled across Derek and just from the initial conversation I knew he was the man for the job. He was very professional, respectful and guaranteed me that he would do everything in his powers to get to the root of the problem. Derek went out at 9:30am the next morning and was able to diagnose the issue but not only that, he was so eager to get my tenants air up and running that day so he took the extra time to source the needed parts, came back and installed it before noon. Derek did such an awesome job that even my tenant had goods words to say about him and that speaks character.
