I called four companies and Mike, from Rat Free, was the only one willing to come out that day and he did so within a couple of hours- at no charge. He was professional, thorough, honest and friendly. He explained everything in detail to us and how his company was different from the others - they don't catch and release- they get rid of the problem with a 5 year guarantee. He and his employees did exactly what they said they would. We opted for a complete clean out because we realized we had more than a few rats in the attic and we did not want to leave anything the rats left behind on the old insulation. They came on time, put down the baits, came back when they said they would and cleaned every piece of insulation out, deodorized and blew in new and higher rated insulation. They sealed all of the openings where rodents could make their way in and gave us piece of mind that we would not have to worry about the issue again, because they would come back under the warranty and take care of any problems. The full clean out is a little more money than you would expect but when you hear Mike explain the differences between their company and the others and you find out what you would be charged for trapping as opposed to using the baits and knowing you are getting rid of the problem, it is worth the investment. Additionally, the two employees who worked two days in our hot attic were friendly, professional and hard workers. Absolutely recommend them"
