We had a problem with improperly installed Hardy Board Siding. I have been concerned watching some of the boards starting to warp. Concern became worry this past fall when one of the boards separated from the exterior wall. We contacted Mark Meredith, LLC and they sent Carl Walsh who patiently explained what was happening and proposed estimates to fix it. We could have spent less money on the fix to our current problem but decided to go all the way by doing what should have been done when the siding was originally installed. Dago led a crew of very competent workers and we could not be happier with the finished product. This old house will have needs in the future and Mark Meredith, LLC will be the first call I make.

I had a burst pipe on Christmas Day. Mark was able to come out and assess the damage and walked me through what he and his crew were going to be able to do starting that upcoming Tuesday. I will say that everyone that works for Mark is professional and they are very careful about cleanup and making sure that nothing gets damaged. My latest project included: water and mold remediation, new pipes, new outside spigots, new drywall, baseboard, crown molding, and painting. Mark's crew put all of my furniture back where it was and then even hung back up my curtains.

Mark was very helpful and patient throughout the initial assessment process. Once work was agreed to, he and his crew showed up when he said they would and took care of business. Will call again!

Mark came by within two days to walk me through a few projects that I needed separate quotes for. He took the time to explain all the steps to me and sent a quote within a couple of days. Dago was the lead on rehabbing our front door. We had a lot of the old paint stripped off, had a new door knob installed and had it painted. Dago kept my house spotless during the entire process! We will definitely be calling Mark for another project and recommend him to others.

It was a pleasure working with Mark and his team. We hired them for a variety of home improvement projects including replacing the exterior window framing, installing a new front door, putting a vent in the kitchen, adding an outdoor electrical outlet, and repairing drywall/painting in the garage and living room. Mark came out right away to give an estimate and was able to start work the following week. Christian and the crew were professional and easy to work with. They did quality work in a short period of time. While they were working we added several items to our "wish list" and they were able to accommodate our new requests and still finish on time. We would definitely hire them again for other home repair needs.

I have used Mark many times over the past 15 years, but usually for smaller projects. This was a full kitchen remodel where we first contacted him in November 2021 with the intention of starting the actual demo/remodel in Spring 2022. He provided us with some insights on what to plan for, as well as some designers to consider. While we used a designer for the initial, rough design, we knew we were going to ask Mark for a custom built triangular corner cabinet. The demo work started late Spring 2022. Cristian, Mark's foreman for the project, was excellent the entire way. He always made it clear what the next step was going to be, and why. We had the floor raised and leveled and Cristian ended up suggesting a wall versus just poles and new footers, because of the way our floor joists were constructed. This also allowed them to add shelves in the basement for us, which was an unexpected bonus. They then demoed the entire kitchen, including the old-plaster ceiling and reframed everything to be square and level. Then Christian laid out the entire cabinet design since we contracted Mark to custom build all the cabinets for the kitchen instead of just the one corner unit. It was a good thing we did, because when he did that he noticed several design errors from the designer that would have been problematic if we had bought pre-built cabinets. However, Cristian was able to simply adapt the design on the fly and keep the kitchen looking great (Mark took lots of pictures during the process, so should be available on his website). The project took close to 8 weeks from start of demolition to completion and we were extremely pleased with them the entire way. Cristian and his crew were always extremely attentive to details and always willing to work with us if we had questions or design thoughts (including discussing any merits or negatives of our thoughts, in case we were overthinking things!). We wouldn't hesitate to use Mark again and plan on having them back soon to do at least one bathroom remodel, as Marks' crews can handle electrical, plumbing, siding, etc. with no problems.

I have used them before. Owner and workers are friendly and loved my dogs. The owner stands behind his work and has really good workers. They were on the job 5 days and they did a great job as usual. I had my deck cleaned and sealed, concrete removed and replaced, rotten wood around windows removed and replaced and a lot of misc stuff.
