"They contacted me quickly and made an appointment for them to come out and evaluate my problem. My only complaint would be to let people know about the diagnostic fee in advance. When he diagnosed the problem with my dryer he ordered the part and was back in a week to fix it and looked at my dishwasher while he was here for no extra charge. Very nice and quick."

"I think Flavio did all he could to try to fix the refrigerator/freezer. Went to all lengths to test and clean the cooling lines. Did spot a crack in the back of the freezer and he suggested that might be the reason the freezer isn't getting in the correct temp range. The freezer is getting a little colder but not in the correct range so I guess we will be buying a new fridge/freezer."
