Very professional.
Honest, good customer service, fair price, thorough work.
We had a complete system installed in a rental property. The condenser, coil and furnace were replaced. Hector and Dewey were very courteous and accommodating. They arrived on time, walked through the steps for the removal and installation. As they said up front, the installation would take a full days work. Though they ran into a few snags in getting the unit from the front of the house to the back; they took time and care in removing a door and ensuring it was reinstalled and working properly. By the time the job was completed they cleaned up the area and made sure the tenants understood how to run the thermostat. The next day they called to check on the status of the new unit and its operation. I would definitely use them again.
Speedy service and great quality work

Justin and jmv is a hidden gem, I almost don't want to write a good review because he's going to get too popular lol jk. Justin thoroughly went through the diagnosis of two central ac/heat units, explained the problems, then explained what we needed to fix and what we didn't need to fix. Justin's prices are more then reasonable and fair NO COMPLAINTS. If you want excellent and stellar customer service with great communication. GO TO JMV If you don't want to pay millions of dollars for a job when you only have to pay a fraction of the costs. GO TO JMV If you want jobs done properly GO TO JMV
John was early, professional, honest, and fixed our problem as quickly as possible. Totally recommended.
Very pleasant, knowledgeable, and was interested in speaking with me about other issues in the house. The repair was done in a very timely manner.
They took over a messy job-in-progress, delivered a clear estimate of the work required, got us on their schedule, and did a good job. Sticking with them for ongoing service, too.
5 STARS FOR A 5 STAR BUSINESS!!!` Exceptional expertise and service!!! A Dehumidifier needed to be installed - especially since there was prior extensive water damage in the basement. Ray's technician was super impressive - extremely knowledgeable and resourceful and proactive - very professional - explained everything and went above and beyond in answering all of my questions and it was clear to see how he took great pride in his work!! I will absolutely be contacting Rays company in the near future for all of my home's needs - they are THE BEST!!
Was able to accurately diagnose and fix the problem on the same day
VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! - My job involved the relocation and installation of a new Hot Water Heater. I had very specific and detailed requirements regarding the new location of the water heater relative to the vent pipe to the chimney along with the hot and cold water lines as well as the gas line. The Lamco team listened to my requirements and took their time to precisely lay out and measure all pipe sections (water, gas and vent), they used the materials that I wanted (copper, black pipe and stainless steel) and they exceeded my expectations - all for a fair price. When I look at this job, I see piping that is neat, square and plumb - I am more than satisfied with Lamco's work!
Excellent customer service
Greatt
Excellent service
Sheldon was nothing short of amazing. Given the supply limitations and increase in job orders he was still able to ensure our repairs were serviced and fixed in a timely and professional manner. He took the time to explain the reasoning behind each piece of equipment and what work was needed to be done within our budget. The project site was kept spotless, and his work was clean and professionally done. .

A furnace generates and distributes heated air throughout your home. A vital part of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system—though it does not cool air—you activate a furnace when you set or adjust the temperature in a room using the thermostat. Furnaces can run off natural gas, oil, electric, or propane.
The average gas furnace lasts 15 to 20 years, though some electric furnaces can last 30 years or more.
In addition to furnace type, your unit’s lifespan also depends on its size and the heating system you have—two-stage furnaces are more efficient and less likely to break than single-stage furnaces.
Having a reputable HVAC technician perform annual furnace maintenance and inspections can help ensure you get the most out of your unit. And, as always, change your filters regularly—a dirty filter can block airflow and overwork the motor.
You should change your furnace filter every one to three months to help maintain air quality, keep energy costs in check, and extend your unit’s lifespan. If people in your home have dust or pet dander allergies, you may consider changing your filters more regularly. Looking for an even simpler guideline? If the filter is dirty, replace it.
The average cost of a furnace unit is $2,300 to $7,200, plus $150 to $500 per hour for installation. Furnace replacement prices depend on the type of furnace you need, its size, and local labor costs.
If your furnace installation requires new gas lines or additional ductwork, add $250 to $800 for the gas lines and $3,00 to $5000 on average for the ductwork to your overall project costs.
