I didnt give a 5 star because initially they were going to install a 1 inch water line but after talking to other plumbers and doing some investigation on my own I needed a 1.5 inch line. I asked for a new bid and they were still best price."

"Extremely professional-received a reminder call the night before, the tech (Lance) was on time to the house and he listened, inspected, tested all areas before explaining what was wrong and the estimate. He even showed me other plumbing problems I was never aware of! Lance admitted when he was unable to assist (tankless water heater) yet offered to help me understand any terminology the water heater company might throw at me. His explanations were easy to understand, he never made me feel uneducated, he was very courteous and did the repairs quickly in my home AND my dog loved him! I highly recommend Lance and Precise."
