"Our heat went out on our 19-year-old central air/heat unit, 2 days before Thanksgiving! I asked for quotes on Angi, and got a call from Mr. Air in less than 5 minutes! William and his brother Trenton came out within a couple of hours to look at the unit. They discussed all our options for repair and replacement, at several price points. We decided to replace the unit due to its age. To our surprise, they said they would do the work the next day! They arrived with their very friendly crew at 8:00 am, worked all day in our small, 1951 attic, and finished that afternoon, in time for Thanksgiving the next day. Very thorough, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend."

"Jacobs crew (Jovney and Josh) insulated 3 skylight tunnels, installed 3 exhaust fan vents out through the roof and re-insulated our entire attic. They along with Jacob also cleared our dryer vent, which probably hadn't been touched since the home was built. Like I started to say, this crew was top notch, explained the work being performed, kept us informed of progress and did an excellent cleanup job."

"Ed was an expert and explained to me every part of the process from inspection through treatment. He provided a written summary of the exact work he would do as well as the products he would be using. He was always courteous and upfront about all parts of the process. I didnâ t feel like he was trying to sell me something I didnâ t need or take advantage of me. He or a member or his team thoroughly answered all of my questions. He also brought a member of his team, George to do rodent control too. He closed all entry points, set traps and cleaned out the majority of the old things stored in the attic from the previous owners. They will also send photos and a report of the before and after of the work they completed. They will come back under warranty just to make sure termites are gone, spray deterrent for the rodents, and check the traps as well as any new entry points. I will definitely use Bug-It again and I will consider using their quarterly pest control service. Prices were reasonable for service done in a spirit of excellence!"

"They have less reviews but they where the best out of the 3 estimate that I got .The company with the more reviews tried to give me something that I really didn’t need plus they prices was way to high. Elite guys where very professional they came with 2 guys to Inspect the attic which this is what impressed me. They were very Honest about the prices.
