"I did hire this company to fix my heating problem. Service was awesome! David from DR Air and Heat Services responded within minutes of my request for help. My heater went out in my home. The outside unit was iced over. I had no emergency heat. David determined that I had the wrong thermostats in my home. He quickly replaced and programmed the thermostats. He found a rusty water tray in my attic that was overflowing and rusty. The air filtration system was damaged and he is going to help me avoid a potential disastrous situation, had he not found this now. The water tray was overflowing and rusted. Mold was growing. I have heat tonight! Tomorrow or Saturday I will have a whole new system for a reasonable price. He is going to replace the tray and not charge for one of the thermostats (shhhh.). This is going to be a great experience. David is personable, explains things well and is an asset to this company. I cannot wait to get this taken care of. I did not realize what bad shape things were in. I cannot rave enough about the service I have received so far. Thanks so much!"

"They not only took a look at all three items I thought I needed work on but they made notations for me of what would need to be done, in addition to for example if the water heater goes out. And he checked all three sinks, bathrooms and kitchen to be sure they were in good condition and not leaking or needing replacement pipes. The home warranty company I purchased for a year had a 30 say waiting period before I could call in a claim. I wanted these things checked and had to get them fixed or checked before the home repair warranty would cover my water heater and plumbing. Lightfoot gave me an incredibly low charge for all he did and checked. Amazing to find such work ethic and customer consideration. Loved them, will use for everything, they do everything ... We were told that it could take about 4 hours to replace the unit...they arrived on time and about an hour later we had toasty warm air blowing through the vents!! We couldn't have asked for better service, customer service, or product. I would recommend Fox Mechanical to anyone needing work done on their heating and cooling system."
