He showed up the very next day with his crew and began to strip the lawn, leveled it properly and the following day, laid down the sod. His work was excellent. We had our front lawn done by another company and they didn't install the sod with as much care and proper workmanship. We even had Art do some repair work on the installation done by the other company. It was done so well that you could not tell that the sod had died from improper installation. My house and deck both look great! I would definitely hire them again. My only complaint (and the reason for the 1/2 star off) was that they were scheduled to come to me between 12n and 2PM. They arrived bright and early at 8AM. I was not at home but was able to get home quickly to see to them. I didn't get any sort of confirmation email or phone call the day before, so not sure what happened. I just glad I was able to salvage the appointment.
