Eric worked with what I present and suggested the pros/cons to make sure the work was done correctly, so everything would look beautiful. And to my satisfaction. They made sure to communicate with me what they were doing and if any issues they found from previous work someone else had done. They would fix it correctly. He would recheck everything and made sure also it was to his perfection. A few months before this remodel. They installed a new composite decking & concrete patio. Which is wonderful and we now enjoy being in our backyard. They will now be remodeling our guest bathroom in a few months. Which we didnâ t plan on. But since they found dry rot under the toilet in the master bathroom and other places. We then realized the other bathroom had the same issues."

He responded to our initial inquiry on Angie's list within a couple of hours, was out to our house to talk with us and take measurements within 1 or 2 days, and had us a detailed step by step bid within a couple of days. The project was completed in a very timely and professional manner and Rick and his staff were very friendly and pleasant. They were very thorough in their cleanup each day and except for the daily progress on the deck, we would never have known they were even there. He was able to access the foundation after removing the old steps and he discovered that the concrete beneath them was not level. He quoted a very reasonable price to fix it and he was able to complete the job and install the steps in a very timely manner. His work was excellent! The job became much more than we expected when we discovered rot under the stone tiles we were replacing. Highlands Home Services LLC went above and beyond the call of duty. Shelby is multi-talented, very friendly, knowledgeable, creative, and trustworthy. He took his time and was thorough and meticulous with his work on our bathroom. We discovered floor rot under the stone tiles that were to be removed to make way for the remodel to laminate wood. Shelby thoroughly cleared and cleaned out all the parts of the rotted flooring and rebuilt our bathroom floor from the studs up. He also re-seated the new toilet and pedestal sink we had purchased, and he repainted and put up the trim to complete the job. Our bathroom looks fantastic!
