"I recently worked with Painting and Projects NYC to paint an empty apartment to get it ready for sale. The quality and professionalism of Waylon and his crew totally exceeded my expectations. I received estimates from three companies and Waylonâ s price was the most reasonable and stood out because he included work items in the price that others wanted to itemize as extras. I was concerned that since it was an empty apartment for sale they would not be as focused in doing a high quality job as if I were living there. My concern turned out to be totally unfounded since the significant plastering and painting done was excellent. The walls and ceilings were as smooth as new and there was not one area that needed to be re-done. Building staff went in to look at the work and said that they would recommend Waylon to others looking to do painting because they thought his work was such high quality and the workers were so neat. The new floors had been polished before they painted and when the job was done the floors looked as good as when they started. The apartment was so clean and neat that it looked like they had a professional cleaning company come in when they finished the job. I wish all interactions with contractors would be as pleasant and easygoing as with Waylon. He was very responsive and asked several times if there was anything that I was not totally happy with because he would be sure it was addressed. I can honestly say that I would not hesitate to recommend Painting and Projects NYC and they will be my first choice for any future work in this area. Waylonâ s customer focus and willingness to ensure his clientâ s total satisfaction make him standout from the competition, as does the excellent quality of work exemplified in everything they do."

"This company came through 100 percent! My boiler broke down in the morning of Dec 29th and I called 14 different companies to urgently have it fixed since it was getting cold in my apartment. No one was available except for a few including Lopez P&H Mechanical. They arrived promptly before Noon and took their time to diagnose the problem, and then went to search parts at 2 different locations in NYC and came back to install the new parts and make sure the boiler was working. They then worked on my thermostat to make sure the settings were correct and the temperature would remain at a comfortable setting. I'm a Designer and so I've worked with numerous contractors & builders and have gotten quite familiar with good work versus sloppy. These technicians were completely professional, kind and intelligent. They wore masks the entire time working and were focused on the work.
