Where as, the sales rep was new, 6 months in, and gave us some bad info regarding using our old fixtures, a shower head and sprayer that are fairly new, and the possibility of the install team installing a new garden tub that we might have purchased outside of Westshore. FYI: Westshore only installs their own products. Other than that, we love our new shower and the wall surrounding our garden tub."

"I had them do two projects in my home. The first was the conversion of a standard alcove bathtub in to a shower enclosure, which included demolition of the tub and faux marble shower walls, replacement and relocation of the mixing valve and control, and installation of their pan, shower walls, hardware and glass doors. Excellent work. The second project was full redesign of my master bath wet area. The existing shower stall and large garden tub with jets was replaced by an 84 inch shower pan and built-in bench. The two existing water supplies were used to create a new shower and a handheld. This was a very complex job requiring pipe reroute and incorporating a large privacy window that had been above the tub. The entire team did an excellent job on both projects. Quality and professionalism were top notch. Special shout out to Elias and Xavier. This was a great experience and I am 1000% satisfied."
