His quote was much more reasonable than others and the savings allowed me to step up to better quality materials. They installed a complete shower system with two niches in the shower, lighting and exhaust fan, new window and framed in a larger medicine cabinet along with installing new toilet, flooring and vanity. All work was completed within our agreed timeline in a professional manner. Noe, our tile installer, did an outstanding job showing great attention to detail. "We had this company come to our home for an estimate. We were told that actually we would be given an EXACT price that day. I received a written agreement and was required to put a portion down. When the install day arrived, they were on time, they cleaned up after themselves and most importantly, once the technicians were here they realized that the tub measurements were off and they could not do the "drop in" tub they had promised. They did not cancel the job, they went to a store and BOUGHT us a brand new bathtub!! I was truly overwhelmed, as I initially felt like they would back out since the measurements were off and they could not do the work they agreed to do. They went over and above what we expected, and I highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering this kind of bathroom "facelift"!! "Had a great experience with this company. We had extensive water damage, that had caused mold. After getting that all cleaned up, we needed two bathrooms totally remodeled. Ryan the project manager, the sales team and the worker John are all awesome. We had to wait a little bit for the materials because of Covid shipping times. But other than that, they were very flexible, responded to my calls, and got the job time in a timely manner. Everything was done as we wanted it, and now we have two new beautiful bathrooms.
