"The project was complex. It included the addition of an independent shut-off valve for my condo in my pre-war building, separate branches and stand up drain for a washer/dryer combo, a reverse osmosis system, an ice maker line with filtration, a garbage disposal, a dishwasher, new sink and faucets. An LAA permit was required with city inspections, which passed and the work was certified. My building also requested a COI and valid city permits, which Juan provided without issues.
