"A chimney inspector told us that our chimney liner had separated from an interior wall and it needed a new liner to safely operate. Repair cost could be $5000 to $15,000 depending on what was needed. Paramount came out and inspected the fireplace and chimney and certified that it was fine. There was need for a new cap. The inspection and cap were $400. Paramount was confident that the chimney and fireplace are fine."

"Excellent professional work. Did a lot of mortar work, replaced 2 chimney caps, flashing an even repaired a small hole in my roof they discovered. Before I contacted them I estimated the cost to be prepared and the total bill was just slightly less than my estimate. They performed the work the same day as the estimate."

"I previously hired DnG Complete Home to seal a chimney leak from the capstone. John, installed a chimney cap and supposedly sealed the chimney and capstone. However, the leak continued. I paid them over $5,000.00 and could not get them to return. I have copies of our texts if anyone is interested. After many frustrating calls and a run around, I gave up and called Alined Chimney. Dominick was friendly and professional. Dominick, found that John of DnG did not apply the mortar evenly leaving several holes in which water could enter. Dominick also sealed the capstone all for $870.00. Leak fixed. I wish I had discovered Dominick and Alined Chimney much sooner."

"I was not impressed with the service I received from this company. The technician was not very knowledgeable and was unable to fix the problem with my air conditioning system. I ended up having to call another company to get the job done. I would not recommend this service."

"Went on to Home Advisor this morning looking for a company to clean my chimney and re-install my cap. I was actually contacted by Allstate Ventilation while I was still on Home Advisor to find out more about my project. They were able to get me in today and quoted between 2-5 this afternoon. Two techs arrived shortly after 2 and were very professional and knowledgeable. It took merely 25-30 minutes for them to complete the job. I would highly recommend this company for anyone concerned about their chimney or looking for any 'chimney' related projects. Very, very knowledgeable."

"Pro came on time. He thoroughly looked in and outside my fireplace and chimney. He showed me photos and recommended repair with an explanation. Then he repaired my chimney and showed me photos. I would use this company again."

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
