"We had a deck completely torn down and rebuilt with an addition added to the original plans. Stairs were also added to go out to the yard, and to the pool area with new railings, and a scenic iron insert added to the deck sitting area. The crew worked long hours and were very dedicated to the job. This was a major project that turned out beautiful when it was completed in November of 2017. Unfortunately, in May the fascia composite boards began to warp due to the heat and the need for more screws to hold the wood in place so we contacted Daniel, the owner. After talking with him and sending pictures he said he would be out to repair the issues. After many attempts for over a month, Daniel never came back out to the house to fix the deck issues. We had to hire another carpenter to correct the problem. Due to the owner's lack of responsibility and follow-up I would caution anyone who is planning a project to hire this contractor. Keep in mind we would have gladly paid for his services if he would have ever showed up."
