Comment: Hi, I am an owner in a 13 unit co-op building built in 1908. We are interested in a quote for inspection of the bath overflows for rust or other signs of damage. We had one unit where the bath overflow had rusted out entirely and water leaked into the ceiling of another unit. Other water events have had more mysterious causes and we are thinking that a camera inspection of all the bathtubs and sinks may be the best way to determine a future scope of plumbing work for the building. We have 3 stacks of 3 units and 1 stack of 4 units. All of the plumbing stacks. Each unit has 1 kitchen sink, 1 bathroom sink, and 1 bathtub.
