    Gossom & Costello Paving, Inc.

"This company was quick to respond and provided a competitive quote that no one else could even come close to. They finished the job 4.5 hours when other companies tried to convince me it would be a 2 or 3 day job. The work was professional and I have already recommended them to several neighbors."

    Paving Specialist

"I was lucky enough to come across Paving Specialists through this site. I've never been to their office and only spoken with them over the phone. On the basis of one review (which was glowing), I hired this company to rework my driveway. I never saw the work because I live out of state. A neighbor who does work for me though, was so impressed with this company's job performance, he asked them to redo his driveway. Can't get a better endorsement than that! Job done on time as promised and obviously delivering expected results. Gave them five stars because I couldn't give them six! Need paving? Look no further."

    La Terre Construction Co.

"Mr. Terre and four workers showed up at 7:15am. They started at 7:30am once they got all the equipment off the trailers. His company had everything they needed. Mr. Terre watched everything to make everything was completed correctly. In less than four hours, everything was completed. They cleaned up all the mess in our yard and on the street. We did talk with him several times as they were doing different parts of the project. He made sure we were satisfied with everything and answered any questions we had before everything was completed. Mr. Terre did say the project had been underbidded but that was his problem not ours."

  • Ashburn, VA Average

If you have a long driveway, concrete and asphalt will have a large price tag. Concrete often needs surrounding stability, like roads and other driveways, to stay level. By itself, a long slab will start to crack, and a driveway of smaller slabs will quickly become misaligned. But a gravel driveway can be as long as you need for a fraction of the price.

Find gravel driveway contractors in your area who can build you a long-lasting driveway. With the right underlayers and compaction, gravel driveways can last for years. They also don't have chemicals that can affect neighboring crops or pastures. Local companies can even survey the area between your home and the main road to find the path that reduces muddiness and runoff.

A solid driveway that can withstand heavy vehicles and weather is essential. Find local contractors how can build what you need with smaller material and transportation costs. Enter your zip code and HomeAdvisor will connect you with prescreened gravel driveway companies near you.

A gravel driveway can last up to 100 years if properly installed and maintained.
