He replaced a ceiling fan, installed track lighting, replaced a sink and garbage disposal, replaced my front door handle/locks and replaced a bathroom mirror. He charges by the hour and believe me his fee is worth it. He works very efficiently, he does not take breaks and does not over estimate his hours. He listens to a unique playlist of music while he works which I enjoyed. He was very professional: Showed up on time, is very polite and cleans up after the work is completed. We had him build a giant ( 14â x 8â ) entertainment center for our living room, and he knocked it out of the park! His communication is top notch and the final product came in exactly as weâ d hoped!
