Having our landscaping project completed by Troy was a very good choice. First of all he was very responsive to our initial request for a design plan and cost and provided us with a computerized color proposal of the design and quickly made any changes that we requested.. He was very knowledgeable about what would be required by our HOA and provided the documentation needed in a timely manner. He always arrived to our appointments on time and through texts and telephone calls he kept us updated about his arrival time and proposed completion of the project. Overall his communication with us was excellent. We were very pleased with the quality of his work and received compliments from neighbors. We would highly recommend Troy for a landscaping project without reservation.

I had a big sod project and a good portion of the sod died and they refused to replace or take responsibility for the dead sod. I spent 30000 with them do not use them.

Months later, after a beautiful install, her landscaper failed to trim the trees and let a small portion of it die under the heavy shade. As with every company, we do not warranty upkeep of sod installations. And this is always made very plain up front. It is actually still a beautiful install, but she hasnt seen it because she lives out of state and put the care of her yard into her lawn maintenance crew, who comes once a week. When he blamed me for it dying, she had to believe him. This review should be for her landscaper, who was supposed to make sure it got proper water and sun. These situations are totally avoidable.

Troy was hired to grind a pine tree stump but while he was here, he grinded 2 old cypress ones as well. Overall great job!
