  I cannot say enough great things about this company and it's primarily due to their technician Larry. We recently added a large outdoor gas fire pit and a vent free fireplace to our backyard. Will's sent Larry to run the gas lines to both. In addition to doing great work, Larry had a number of suggestions that improved the function and appearance of the fire pit that were well-received by the mason building the pit. Based on the great service he provided, Will's has been my go to plumbing company for all related work. On this particular visit Larry was replacing 2 faulty parts on the fireplace unit. While I don't believe Will's normally does this type of work, Larry was kind enough to complete the work after some troubleshooting and determining the problem was with the unit itself and not the gas line. He spoke with the fireplace company on my behalf when I called in the warranty repair and performed all of their recommended troubleshooting steps before they sent the replacement parts. The valve replacement was not an easy repair (I watched him do it) but the fireplace is working perfectly now. I have also used Will's for an a/c repair and as well as some plumbing work on a broken toilet and their other technicians are all professional and do great work as well.   Mark and his helper showed up at the agreed time. The scope of work was reviewed. Mark prepared a written estimate for the work, including discounts where available. The necessary upgrade to the gas supply line to the water heater was fully explained. We agreed on the location of the wall penetration needed to re-route the water heater pressure relief line. After a brief run to get parts, the various systems were back on line in less than three hours. While working he shared that his wife was having labor pains.   Starting at the water meter, they went from shut-off to shut-off to narrow the possible locations of the leak. Luckily, it was quickly located. They carefully dug to find the pipe that was leaking--carefully being the operative word since they also found our gas pipe, sprinkler pipes, etc. It turns out the leak was caused by a crack in a t-joint and an apparent botched glue job by whoever installed my sprinkler system. They also assessed that the ball valve on my side of the meter was rusted and virtually unusable. Anthony and Herman worked hard to ensure both problems were fixed and fixed right. The price seemed a little steep for less than 3 hours' work, but given the nature of the leak and their responsiveness, it was not over the top--especially since they actually fixed two problemsshow more

  I called Will's Plumbing based on the Angie's list reviews and ratings. The person on the phone was friendly and called me back with a time someone could come on that same day. As it turned out, the owner Will showed up and got right to work. Turns out when I had a kitchen remodel done several years ago, another plumbing company ran a gas line for a new gas cooktop. The line was not run properly and that is where the leak occurred. As we had been without gas for 4 days, Will had a real sense of urgency to get this fixed quickly and get the necessary inspections and sign offs from the City and CPS. A complete new line had to be run which was expensive, but I am confident in Will's work and will definitely use his services againshow more

  The best thing about Will's is that all of his plumbers are background-checked and licensed, and they pull city permits, which require inspections, where applicable, to ensure everything is up to code. This gave me the peace of mind I needed since I had purchased my own unit that was not a well-known brand, and because my house was built in 1930 so I wanted to make sure everything was done right. Their rates are not the lowest, but they were 100-200% less than what their other highly-rated Angie's List competition quoted me. And based on the peace of mind factor mentioned above, I thought Will's price was fair.
