"Quote given by phone and appointment scheduled. Guys communicated by text in advance of arrival on appointment day. Arrived as promised and quickly fixed door. Very friendly interactions. Only strange thing was the repair person said the price was $130, but I had been quoted $80. When I pushed back, he immediately conceded to $80 price.
