He was very knowledgeable, letting me know exactly what went wrong and how we would fix it, and then handled all of the parts ordering and work. We had thought that we would need to replace the whole garage door, but Salvador then showed his integrity and expertise by putting forward much less expensive repairs that would work for us, and so we saved well over $1,000 compared to other quotes we had gotten recommending full replacement of the garage door. "Christy who answered phone and wrote up order was excellent and very helpful. I suggest adding the gold warranty to upgrade springs and hardware at a reasonable price. Two minor irritants was the extremely loud awful hard rock music the installers played and the smell of cigarette smoke in the garage. I added liftmaster garage door openers which are extremely quiet. Spend the money on the fully insulated doors which are two inches thick and should help keep adjacent house warm."
