My phone call was returned immediately even though it was after hours on a Friday. I was able to turn my water off but he knew I was anxious and came to fix it the following Monday. He was very nice and professional. Great. Lynda from the office was very polite and even offered some quick troubleshooting tips. When Mike Allen came he was very professional and friendly. Listened to my description of the problem and then got to diagnosing the cause. In the end it was a simple fix. He didn't try to make it bigger than it was. Definitely will call again for future plumbing needs.

Can't say enough good things about Allen Plumbing. Working with Lori to coordinate schedule and work is a pleasure; they coordinate directly with tenants to take care of everything behind the scenes. Michael patiently explored all the options and pros/cons of each option to solve our problem of not enough hot water for a growing family. After we settled on a solution, Michael ordered the parts, scheduled a day, turned up on time and was done within the day with almost no disruption and leaving the place cleaned up.
