I wasn't satisfied with them. I had wood nailed around the wall heater and they tore it up. They glued it back on the wall heater on top of both sides and I can't take the wood off the wall heater. I didn't know they did that. I was not a happy camper. I definitely wouldn’t use them again and I wouldn’t recommend them

We had a complaint that a carbon monoxide alarm was going off. We reacted quickly calling Quick Appliance. They came the next day to check the problem. Brian said that the heater was too old. (We were not surprised.) He gave us an estimate. He arrived the next afternoon with a new heater, installed it and it works well and more important it is safe. The last time we had this heater checked the service told us that it would cost easily 4 times what we were charged and their estimate was a week for time.We are very happy with Quick Appliance

Robbie & Matt Kazen have been here three times because my wall heater had stopped working. The first time they found a short under the house in the wiring and repaired it, charging me only $100 for the work. They were prompt, friendly, professional and willing to explain exactly what they were doing and looking for and why. It went out again a couple of months later and they came back. While they were here, it instantly turned on - no problem at all (despite not having worked during the previous week when I attempted to turn it on.) The didn't charge me for the second visit because they couldn't find out what was wrong with it while it was apparently working perfectly. It went out again towards the end of last Winter, and I didn't deal with it until this Winter, when it still wouldn't start up. They again, a year later, responded quickly to my call and scheduled an appointment within a couple of days. They found another short in the wiring and replaced the thermostat and recommended that I rewire the whole thing because the wiring is so brittle and old. Next time it goes out, I will definitely be calling Kazen to do the whole rewiring job - they were great to work with and their quote for the rewiring seemed incredibly reasonable
