Gordon and his son are absolutely wonderful! They helped fix and unclog our french drain, which was completely backfilled with all sots of junk from my roof. They installed a pop-up drain on the end of the drain and totally fixed our issue quicker than can be. Called them yesterday afternoon, and we will fixed and ready to go by noon today! Excellent work, Gordon. We can't thank you enough!

Jacob was incredibly professional and kind and answered my many many questions and taught me a lot about what he was doing. He also found me a first time customer discount and helped me unclog an additional line. I called to get help with a leaky shower and not only did he fix every part of the overflow line that rusted out but he also helped me with a washing machine hookup issue too so I could drain my washer in the basement. He was excellent. I have saved his number for the future. I will use him again for sure. Very satisfied. Thank you Jacob!

Rooter Guy LLC got the job done right. The technician who came to the house looked at our other drains to make sure that they were working properly since our bathroom vanity drain wasn’t draining correctly. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some tips to help prevent drains from clogging.

I specifically asked for the technician who had done work for this home 2 weeks earlier. We adjusted the appointment to ensure he was available. The company sent another person. He presented his bill which was over $600 and when the 95 year old home owner complained, he dropped it to over $400. All he did was replace the flush mechanism on a toilet and rebuild the stems on the sink faucet. Good work but very expensive to the point of feeling he was taking advantage of the 95 year old lady who is the home owner.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
