Very affordable. No service fee -- just flat rate for each job. It's helpful if you know in advance what you want them to do, so there are no surprises. Bathroom sink had a clog and needed a replacement on the pipe, plus outside line had to be flushed. All in all, my total bill with Major Plumbing (replacing pipe and flushing two lines) was less than the estimate from other companies for just flushing one line.
