In fact, the improvements made such a good impression that the neighbors are going to rent it in January! John and his team remodeled two full bathrooms, updated two kitchen floors, strategically relocated an HVAC register to create a hallway access door to a bedroom, painted the interior and exterior of the home, remodeled two laundry rooms, installed several electrical outlets, and helped assist me with solid recommendations along the way. "Mark and Jerry were great to work with. They were very professional and friendly. Jerry was on site and did the work. He took a great deal of pride in his work. He repaired a roof on the pool shed and repaired and replaced part of the siding that had rotted from water leaks. He cleaned everything up when he finished.
