"They are very helpful and responsive. And they were gracious with their time. When we needed their help we needed it quickly and she worked on weekends and even late at night to provide help. We appreciate their expertise, opinion, customer service and helpful software tools that they provided. She worked on bathroom designs for us and provided everything from bathroom/shower tile to decor options. She sent it over with multiple options to choose from and product links and prices. The hourly fee and travel mileage does add up quickly-just as it does with other designers. But we felt that it was worth it.
