"I hired Sandless Finish to clean and refinish my floors. The floors were basically in good shape, but had become filmy and discolored because of inappropriate cleaning products; they also were showing some scratches, stains, and uneven coloration. Adam recommended a sandless cleaning and two coats of water based finish. I had been hesitant about the sandless cleaning because the reviews from clients who had used other companies were mixed, and in some cases reviewers said the floors looked worse than they had been before. However, I was totally pleased with the work Adam did. The sandless cleaning was really 'sandless'--and did not generate any dust or film. The entire process was accomplished extremely efficiently in one day with minimal disruption to my daily routine. There was a period of about three hours when the water based finish was drying that I was unable to walk on the floor and could not stay in the apartment. Adam and his crew moved the furniture that needed to be moved and replaced it after the floors were dry. I am absolutely delighted with the way they look and can recommend Sandless Finish with complete confidence"

"Fadjol was incredibly flexible and accommodating from the start, even when I kept changing the scope of what started as a relatively simple job to repaint my apartment. By the end, he and his team had built me a new bookshelf (doing a perfect job of matching the color and style of a similar shelf in the room), replaced some hard-to-find ornamental sheet metal â wallpaperâ on one wall, rebuilt a small section of my staircase when the removal of the baseboards revealed some haphazard carpentry underneath, and even jumped in to fix a random leak in my bathroom while they were here (even though the leak had nothing to do with the work they were doing). And at the end of each day, if any detail wasnâ t exactly as I wanted it, they listened and changed it rather very next day. This level of service continued all the way through the project - and beyond. When the job was done, I changed my mind about the matte paint on my window frames and trim, and Fadjol came back a week later to repaint it with a glossy paint, at no extra charge. Having spoken to at least one other contractor who was downright rude and dismissive, I found Fadjol a joy to work with.
