I manage a condominium community in Arlington. One building needed a foundation modification due to a rodent infiltration. The work performed was essential and done well. The issue was resolved. More recently, Structural was hired again for surface water management on a sidewalk low area where they installed Ecoraster blocks that collect and direct water off the sidewalk. They also applied this Ecoraster solution to a hillside next to a building that was eroding badly. The solution is excellent. Pat does a good job of listening and recommending appropriate solutions for the issue.

My daughter used Brian for assorted home improvements the last one of which was the basement family room renovation and bathroom. All praises from my daughter.. So I have no qualms about calling the services of Castle. He did repairs on my dining room ceiling and family room ceiling, (both damaged by water leaks) and rebuilt my kitchen under sink flooring . Brian works efficiently, the job very dusty yet Brian left the areas clean. Will call him again when the need arises

Earl and his team did an amazing job repairing our ceiling after we had water damage. He took the time to protect other areas and worked nonstop until the project was completed. This is actually the second and third times we have used Ryan Reph Remodeling. They have always completed our projects on time and exceeded our expectations. Their crews clean up well each day and do their best to disrupt our routine as little as possible. We have also appreciated that we can select and purchase materials on our own, but still rely on Ryan and Selwa for recommendations and design advice. We recommend United Residential Builders with 5-stars! Their professionalism, creative design and quality of work were outstanding. Our project included a complete kitchen remodel, hardwood floors throughout the first floor and a basement buildout including bedroom, kitchenette, rec room and bathroom. A major part of the kitchen remodel was the demolition of a 80s style brick cooktop/stove area and inserting a significant/primary LVL beam to provide an open-concept kitchen with an island. The open kitchen is beautiful!!! Being an engineer I was concerned about the significant structure change to the core of the house. But the owner of URB, Aiman, did an outstanding job of explaining and designing the support structure. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and experience. Aiman was extremely helpful in the design of the project and provided ideas, options and tradeoffs. Aiman (the owner) and Mo (the PM) were on-site often to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. They were flexible in last-minute changes that I requested and the outcomes were fantastic. They were able to complete the project just before my daughters college graduation party and the guests were impressed. Eventhough the project took longer than expected and some additional costs were incurred due to the original house condition, overall it was a great experience with United Residential Builders and I would recommend them with high marks!

I wish we could rate Yovani and his team 10 stars. We contacted him to help us prep our home for sale. We originally requested quotes just for drywall, paint and carpet; but as we worked with the team, and found other small projects, we were SO incredibly thankful they were capable of supporting all of the finishing touches. Every step of the way, they were responsive and professional, they kept to the schedule we needed for listing our home, and worked with us to stay in budget.
These guys do everything, and take pride in their work with attention to detail. When all was said and done, they did drywall repair, paint, new carpet, new LVT, fresh caulking in bathrooms, an INCREDIBLE job with some external trim that had been plaguing us (a complex bay window obstructed by decking), and hung a new foyer light (2 level, with scaffolding). They always protected surfaces before working and cleaned after their work.
Yovani kept in communication throughout the project, always kept to his word, and delivered on a dozen key items.
I canâ t say enough nice things. We look forward to recommending them to anyone who needs house prep or handyman work.
