"We are 100% satisfied with our service from High Five! We signed up for the subscription because we have had a MAJOR ant problem since we moved into this house. We have little kids and pets but we were surprised that it was not an issue at all! Josh was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. After asking us some questions, he quickly and clearly laid out a plan to evict our unwelcome little scavengers. He went around the inside and outside of the house to do his thing and then followed up a few times to see how things had been improving. I haven't seen ants in the house since! "The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."
