"A beam supporting an upstairs room was removed and replaced.. A wall 12'tx8.5' was termite infested was torn down and replace with all new wood.The wall repaired and re-sheet rocked. This project also involved tearing down the stucco on the front porch and also redone. Bottom line...this was a major project. I rate this a top notch job! I would recommend ET Construction, and already have."

"Brad was responsive, on time, and communicated professionally and respectfully. He cleaned the gutters, installed gutter guards/filters, and repaired one sagging gutter to restore water flow. He understood the project details, executed the tasks as agreed upon, and reported his observations and any issues discovered. He was transparent with what is and isn't within his skill set/expertise, which is very much appreciated. His rates for labor and materials were very reasonable. While I bought the replacement door, Richard was helpful advising me what door to select, and an efficient Home Depot to get it at. Richard was patient while inspecting the work to be done, and explaining what was need.
